The confusion surrounding this plant could well inspire a tome. Rather than lumping this with Commiphora kua, as others have, well keep it separate as the original "Commiphora abyssinica," which is lumped under this name. It is a spiny shrub/tree with shredding yellow bark that produces a scented exudate. These plants are rooted cuttings in 4-inch pots.
