Ranging from southern Namibia into the Northern Cape Province of South Africa, this small, low-growing species has gray, tubercled leaves arranged in a compact rosette. It is distinguished from the other two species in the genus by the number of white specks (crystals) on the leaf tips. The flowers are yellow. Some consider this to be synonymous with Titanopsis schwantesii, but Steve Hammer keeps it separate. These plants are seedlings in 2-inch pots.
