Monvillea spegazzinii is a shrubby cactus from Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia, and Paraguay that has a similar form and habitat to the night-blooming cereus (Peniocereus greggii). The stems are less than an inch across and are mottled in purple and green. The flowers are white and 3-4 inches in diameter. These plants frequently produce monstrose crests. These rooted cuttings are in 3-inch pots.
