This attractive small species of Commiphorasfrom India but is cultivated over a much wider area. It has a nice thick stem with peeling bark andflowers and fruits when quite small, unlike some other Commiphoras. The plants are self-fertile. This species is extremely hardy and fast growing, and it is an extremely nice candidate for bonzai. Our plants are seedlings in 4-inch pots.
