Widely distributed, from southern Angola south through the Northern and Western Cape Provinces of South Africa, this could be the ultimate rock fig. It has lancheolate leaves with rounded tips, and the base tends to be gnarled with relatively smooth, gray bark. These plants are seedlings in 2-gallon pots.
