Commiphora anacardiifolia is from northern Namibia in the area between Etosha National Park and the escarpment leading to the Namib Desert. This species has one large leaf that resembles the leaves on cashew trees. The trunk of this unarmed tree has peeling bark that exposes a golden-yellow epidermis underneath. These plants are seedlings in 4-inch pots.
