Bursera filicifolia 3-inch pots

From the southern part of Baja California, notably the Sierra Laguna, this small tree has gray bark that does not shred and irregularly shaped leaves that are hairy on the bottom. It is closely related to another Baja species in the genus, B. laxiflora. This plant is grown as a landscape tree in Tucson, where it takes occasional damage from frost, or is an appropriate subject for bonsai. These plants are seedlings in 3-inch pots.
