From southern Angola and northern Namibia, this species has perhaps the most slender caudex of the genus. This is offset by the beautiful flower, which begins with pink petals fading to white; the floral throat remains a deep purple. The leaves are large and pubescent. These seedlings are in 2-inch pots.
