This species from southern Brazil and Uruguay, and these hybrids have a little of this and a little of that also, notably S. bullulata. TThe leaves are ovate and dark green with prominent veins, and they may or may not have hairs. The flowers are tubular with orange-red corollas. We offer seedlings of this hybrid in 5-inch pots with caudices around 2 inches in diameter.
