This is supposed to be synonymous with Euphorbia gorgonis, but that is ridiculous. This solitary medusoid Euphorbia creates a mound of heads like Euphorbia multiceps, in one example, but with a flattened central growing point. Slow-growing, it eventually creates massive plants. The cyathia essentially are yellow. These plants are seedlings in 4-inch pots.
