This plant is from the Western Cape Province of South Africa, where it either is a species by some accounts or merely a form within the larger Euphorbia mammillaris – E. fimbriata complex. It differs from the typical E. mamillaris with its more elongated form, and it has gray-green stems that distinguish it from the typical E. fimbriata form. These plants are rooted cuttings in 4-inch pots.
