This species comes from the area where the Northern Cape, the Eastern Cape, and the Free State Provinces of South Africa converge. A low, creeping species, the plants have a large number of small triangular- to club-shaped green leaves with numerous warts or tubercles. The flowers are small and white. These plants are seedlings in 4-inch pots.
