This beautiful tree Euphorbia is from Madagascar. We used a large one of these for our Christmas tree for many years. An iconic element of the landscape, this tree has spiny, stout branches arising from a central trunk. The stems resemble the famous Crucifixion Thorn species from the southwestern United States and Mexico. These plants are about 8-10 inches tall and can be potted in 5-inch pots.
