Sansevieria powellii is an arborescent species from East Africa, especially Kenya, where it occurs inland from the dense coastal plant assemblages. These plants are propagated from material originally collected by Horst Pfennig. This form tends to be distichous. These plants are rooted offsets in 2-gallon pots.
