This small species from northwestern Madagascar has a woody tan stem with a crown of glabrous dark green leaves. What makes this special is the purple undersides to those leaves, which create a very attractive plant. The cyathia are yellowish pink and pendulous. Our plants are rooted cuttings in one-gallon pots.
