Dorstenia drakena is a species from northwestern Mexico, particularly Sonora, that has relatively large dark green leaves that have irregular margins. The plants typically are acaulescent and are not easily raised. The flower receptacle is cup-shaped and on a relatively long peduncle. We have seedlings of this species in 2-inch pots.
