This selection cultivar was originally collected from near Kitonga, Tanzania, and it appears to be a part of the Sansevieria suffruticosa complex, possibly the southernmost member in Africa. It is a slow growing plant with distichous, spreading leaves that are smooth to the touch, and what makes it unique is the spur on each leaf that forms in the transition from channel to rounded apex. These plants are rooted offsets in one-gallon pots.
