Sansevieria sp. (Bhitala 1003) 3-gallon pots

These plants are propagated from material originally collected near Karatu, Tanzania (Bhitala 1003). This broad-leaf species, possibly undescribed, has upright leaves that are thicker than Sansevieria raffillii, its potential relative. The leaves are stiff and dark, are rough on the underside, have a dark background with obscure patterns, and have a thin, white-red margin. This could be what will be described as Sansevieria forestii from Kenya and Tanzania. These plants are rooted offsets in 3-gallon pots.
