Formerly of the genus Lomatophyllum, this species is from southeastern Madagascar. Prolifically offsetting, the medium-size rosettes have yellow-green leaves with reddish marginal spines. The flowers are carried in a short inflorescence and are light red-orange with yellow lips. These plants are rooted offsets in 2-inch pots.
