As the epithet indicates, these plants are from Peru, and some call this Echinopsis peruvianus Serro Blue. Regardless of whose taxonomy you accept, these plants are shrubby to tree like with dark green stems, 6-8 ribs, and few short spines; this species has large white flowers. These plants are seedlings in 4-inch pots.
