Call it Parodia werdermanniana if you want, but it doesnt resemble Notocactus werdermannianus and doesnt deserve being lumped in with it. We like the genus Notocactus the way it was (is). These plants have a dark green, fluted body with bristle-like spines on the ridges. The flowers are yellow. These plants are seedlings in 2-inch pots.
