From the mountains of northwest Yemen, this species is a cliff hanging plant with green, spotted leaves and panicles of red flowers that are produced in the fall. We’ve grown this species outside in Tucson for many years, and it takes significant frost. This species took significant damage at 23F but was not killed at 18F. These plants are seedlings in one-gallon pots.
