Also known as Echinopsis cinnabarina or several intermediary names, this small globular-flattened cactus is from higher elevations in Bolivia. This solitary species has dark green hemispherical stems covered with white spines more or less appressed against the body. The flowers are red. These plants are seedlings in 4-inch pots.
