This species is from southeastern Africa, notably South Africa, and southwestern Madagascar. It has an unremarkable thin green vine arising from fibrous roots. The flowers are far from unremarkable; they are large, white, and barrel-shaped. These plants are rooted cuttings in 4-inch pots.
