Sunk into the two-continent species T. polygaloides, what formerly was called T. angustissimum is from northern Mexico. OK, if you want to get really confused, the species is now part of the new genus/old species Phemeranthus aurantiacus. We think it is fairly distinct, so well keep it separate and offer it as a Talinum for now. This species has annual branches arising from a perennial, woody caudex. The leaves are linear, and the flowers are yellow. These plants are seedlings in 4-inch pots.
