This species, from both sides of the Rift Valley in Kenya, is related to Sansevieria suffruticosa, so much so that some think it may be merely a large form. We beg to disagree since the form of the leaves and the flowers differ significantly. These plants are offsets from the type plant in one-gallon pots.
