From Uganda, this broad-leaf Sansevieria has mostly dark green leaves. This probably is the true form of Sansevieria nilotica, which is poorly known despite its widespread distribution in this country. Faint banding occurs with a zigzag pattern of yellow within the long, mostly dark green leaves that are smooth to the touch. These plants are rooted offsets in 8-inch pots.
