These plants are from material originally collected near Hedaru, Tanzania (Bhitala 1006). Sansevieria robusta forms dense stands under and around various trees. The leaves are distichous and are cylindical spikes that are light green with darker green lines. The plants can exceed 3 m in height when mature. These plants are rooted offsets in 2-gallon pots.
