We have not found a good reference for all Pelargoniums. There are many treatments of cultivars, but nothing exists other than the Dicots book of the Encyclopedia of Succulent Plants that describes the kinds of Pelargoniums that most collectors are interested in. We typically retain the genus Sarcocaulon instead of Monsonia, which appears to be current in vogue.
