This species grows in the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa. These plants are propagated from material originally collected at Keurkloof. What separates it from most other Gasterias are the long, linear and pointed leaves that are dark green, smooth, and white spotted. The pink-red flowers are borne on a relatively short inflorescence. These plants are rooted offsets in 2-inch pots.
