Aloe dawei is a clumping, shrubby species from central Africa, ranging from Kenya and Uganda down to Rwanda and Zaire. The leaves tend to be bronze in color and heavily toothed. The flowers are red in dense panicles. These plants are rooted offsets in 5-gallon pots.
