This recently described species is from the Chimanimani Mountains of Zimbabwe. It is characterized by long green leaves that tend to fold over and have a distinctive reddish margin. This species resembles S. frequens, only the leaves are much larger and longer. These plants are rooted offsets in 5-gallon pots.
