Unlike its better known cousin, Gasteria armstrongii, G. nitida forms rosettes that are well above ground. This relatively large species has the same dark color as its more famous cousin, and G. nitida occurs eastward and tends to prefer full sun in habitat. The plants we offer are seedlings in 3-inch pots.
